Stratus: A Prospective FIDR Entity
Stratus is actively pursuing certification as an Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) under the oversight of the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, and Department of the Treasury. While not yet approved, we are committed to demonstrating our readiness and capability to arbitrate Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (FIDR) claims upon certification.
